This full-time, permanent role is undertaken in a dynamic and complex environment where customer service is paramount and your ability to work independently and collaborate with other teams to deliver successful outcomes is essential.This is a full-time opportunity is based at our Osborne site in SA.ResponsibilitiesSupport, develop, and configure multiple commercial and in-house developed engineering and design applicationsProvide all levels of user supportProviding training and guidance to the engineering and design teamContinuously improve engineering and design application support processes and proceduresSupport engineering and design application licensing systemsEngage and communicate effectively with a wide variety of team members in the engineering and design departmentCollaborate with the corporate IT team to achieve assigned objectivesMaintain relationships with and coordinate support from external application/serviceAbout youDegree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science or an equivalent qualificationExperience using, supporting, and configuring AVEVA Marine / PDMS / E3DExperience with SQLExperience with scripting / programming languagesFamiliarity with engineering analysis / simulation methods and toolsFamiliarity with PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) and/or PDM (Product Data Management) methods and toolsExcellent customer service skillsExcellent communications skills with the ability to work autonomously and within a teamExcellent problem solving and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesEligibilityThis role requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance to a NV1 level.
