About the Opportunity Reporting to the Design Technologies Team Lead, based in Osborne SA, your CAD Administrator, Engineering and Design Systems Coordinator, or Application Specialist experience will enable you to support a range of engineering and design applications.
This full-time, permanent role is undertaken in a dynamic and complex environment where customer service is paramount and your ability to work independently and collaborate with other teams to deliver successful outcomes is essential.
This is a full-time opportunity is based at our Osborne site in SA.
Responsibilities Support, develop, and configure multiple commercial and in-house developed engineering and design applications Provide all levels of user support Providing training and guidance to the engineering and design team Continuously improve engineering and design application support processes and procedures Support engineering and design application licensing systems Engage and communicate effectively with a wide variety of team members in the engineering and design department Collaborate with the corporate IT team to achieve assigned objectives Maintain relationships with and coordinate support from external application/service About you Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science or an equivalent qualification Experience using, supporting, and configuring AVEVA Marine / PDMS / E3 D Experience with SQL Experience with scripting / programming languages Familiarity with engineering analysis / simulation methods and tools Familiarity with PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) and/or PDM (Product Data Management) methods and tools Excellent customer service skills Excellent communications skills with the ability to work autonomously and within a team Excellent problem solving and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities Eligibility This role requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance to a NV1 level.
