The PositionA great opportunity for a Specialist/Senior Specialist Paediatrician to join the team at this Northern Territory hospital for a full-time position for a fixed term period of up to 5 years.Key duties and responsibilities:1. Provide high quality inpatient, outpatient, outreach, and retrieval clinical services in paediatrics.2. Provide advice to the Head of Paediatrics on matters relating to paediatric services.3. Participate in quality management activities, performance appraisal, and personal and departmental continuing education programs.4. Supervise and participate in high quality teaching for medical students, junior doctors, and nursing staff.5. Undertake research as appropriate.6. Participate in relevant hospital committees and in other administrative duties as required.7. Follow defined service quality standards, work health and safety policies and procedures relating to the work being undertaken in order to ensure high quality, safe services and workplaces. 8.
