We are currently seeking a Specialist SAP Advisor ( Procurement to Pay and Warehousing) to join our Business Systems team based in our office at Milton.
Reporting to the Principal SAP Advisor, the successful candidate will be responsible for the IT Service delivery of Procure to Pay and Warehousing.
A program of works is being developed and the successful applicant will be responsible for delivering the system improvements with the responsible departments.
This role requires a high degree of process knowledge and stakeholder management and engagement skills.
Experience working in a project-based environment will be highly regarded.
Golding offers flexible working arrangements with the option to work from home 1-2 days a week or as agreed with your Manager.
Key role tasks : Identify and implement improvements to the ERP system to optimize processes relating to Procurement to Pay and Warehousing Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the ERP system, ensuring reliability and efficiency.
Manage the successful delivery of system improvements and general support using Golding's external IT service providers Partner with key stakeholders to ensure the smooth ongoing delivery of IT Services relating to Procurement to Pay and Warehousing Manage risk to the business processes and the ERP system by ensuring all changes are well tested and documentation The successful candidate will have: Demonstrated experience in ERP systems with expertise in Procurement to Pay and Warehousing processes.
A minimum of 5 years' experience in similar IT roles.
Experience in the Mining, Construction or similar heavy industries Experience with SAP ECC 6 or S/4 HANA.
Experience with similar systems would be considered for the right applicant.
Excellent communication skills with an ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Proactive and collaborative approach, capable of working independently and in a team.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
