ABOUT OUR PERTH OFFICE South32's corporate office is based in the heart of Perth's CBD.
The corporate office houses key functions including HR, Finance, External Affairs, Sustainability Strategy, Corporate Development, Investor Relations, Group Risk, Legal and Technical.
Our office is conveniently located a 5-minute walk from the Perth Underground Train Station.

As a Specialist Risk Systems professional you'll be the system expert, supporting our G360 risk management platform through day-to-day operations, system enhancement & monitoring, and technical maintenance.
Working closely with team members, you'll help ensure platform effectiveness through system updates, performance monitoring, and technical support while gaining hands-on experience with business-critical technology in risk management.
Reporting to the Principal Data Analytics, key responsibilities include:
Support, maintain and enhance our G360 platform by assisting with roadmap planning, gathering system feedback, and contributing ideas for improvements that boost organizational efficiency.Scope, design and implement G360 system improvements, including configuration, testing and deployment ensuring quality through detailed functional and design documentation.
Contribute to report development using SQL-based tools.Learn and Apply Business Analysis, while working alongside the team to document requirements, participate in workshops, and assist with process mapping and user documentation, helping transform business needs into practical solutions.Deliver day-to-day support and help monitor system performance, assist with vendor coordination, support system updates, and provide friendly technical assistance to users - ensuring smooth daily operations of the G360 platform.ABOUT YOU You will ideally have experience and demonstrate capability in the following:
Share your tech journey, your experience in IT or software implementation with risk management systems like Evotix (SAI360) EHS&S would be great, we're more interested in your enthusiasm to learn and grow with us.Naturally curious with strong problem-solving abilities and enjoy figuring out how to make systems work better - you'll thrive in our collaborative environment where we encourage fresh perspectives and creative solutions.Experience with IT infrastructure, security, and cloud technologies will come in handy, and comfortable with SQL for creating reports and dashboards.Organized and can juggle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail, and you genuinely enjoy working with others to understand their needs and find solutions.Use your communication skills to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders, helping ensure our G360 platform runs smoothly and meets user needs.Showcase your ability to juggle various priorities while maintaining attention to detail - we'll help you grow your project coordination skills along the way.Qualifications for this position are: Bachelor's degree in IT, software implementation, or other related disciplines.South32 is committed to building and maintaining an inclusive and diverse workforce that reflects the communities in which we operate.
