Create an impact as a Specialist, Risk Performance. Your Role This is an exciting role supporting IAG's strategy and approach to embedding a strong risk-aware culture and the management of organisational conduct and customer risk (OCCR) where conduct threats are mitigated and conduct opportunities are identified. The main objective of the role is to support the enhancement of the way IAG identifies, assesses, and manages risk outcomes through our employees, products, processes, and services by designing, implementing, and maintaining a Group-wide Risk Culture and Conduct Risk Framework (including relevant policies and standards), and delivering effective monitoring, oversight, and governance to ensure that this critical risk class is managed effectively. This is a permanent role based in either Gadigal Country (Darling Park 2, Sydney) or Naarm (Melbourne). About You The ideal candidate will demonstrate: Relevant risk management experience in financial services. Demonstrated excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to think strategically and implement practically. Outcomes-focused, and results-driven, proven success in the delivery of key programs of work. Ability to reset expectations, respond swiftly to changes, and visualize outcomes. Proven ability to work collaboratively across functions to reach a common approach. Relevant industry experience. Relevant industry or professional memberships. Willingness to challenge the status quo and actively consider 'should we' in decision-making. Agile thinker and quick learner, someone who seeks to solve problems and can see beyond the noise. Growth mindset supported by an ability to view things differently.
