We are seeking a Specialist Resources & Operational Equipment Coordinator to provide support for our Operational Logistics Department. This is a Full Time, Permanent position currently based at South Melbourne with WFH/Hybrid options available. 
About the role Reporting to the Fleet Maintenance Coordinator, responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: 
Manage the Logistics Support Officers allocated to Specialist Resources & Operational functions to ensure vehicles are changed over in a timely manner to support the Fleet Maintenance program. This includes staff rostering and supervisionAssist the Fleet Maintenance Coordinator in the review of procedures and processesProvide the primary interface to Specialist Resources functions to enable the utilisation of any resource, by any stakeholder, at any timeNegotiate and manage the availability of operational equipment as required  About you To be considered for this position you will possess: 
Completion of a degree or relevant industry certification with proven subsequent relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of training and relevant experienceExperience working in a comparative fleet or logistics environmentConceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills to enable the identification of issues and appropriate path to resolution, including timely escalation to management and interaction with appropriate stakeholdersCurrent Victoria Heavy Rigid driver's license  Working at AV As a valued member of AV you will enjoy a professional working environment that recognises the importance of work/life balance. This position is graded at AV4 under the Ambulance Victoria (Management and Administrative Staff) Enterprise Agreement 2021. 
Hybrid working options are available however it is essential that the successful applicant maintains a presence at our South Melbourne headquarters in line with AV's hybrid work model.
