About the role: Due to an internal promotion, we are currently seeking an experienced Hospital Specialist Representative who has qualifications in dietetics or nutrition, to join our team.
In this exciting role, you will be responsible for maximising the sales within the Parenteral Nutrition product portfolio in NSW (South). You will also be required to work closely with your colleagues to drive sales and gain further market share in a competitive/growing market.

Your Responsibilities: Sales: The ideal candidate will establish strong Key Opinion Leader relationships to achieve sales budgets, goals and analyse sales performance metrics to achieve ongoing portfolio improvements. You will use a consultative selling approach, coupled with negotiation skills to enhance and capitalise on sales opportunities. External and Internal Service: Visit customers within clinical and hospital environments, to understand their needs. You will build and develop in-depth clinical and product knowledge to provide adequate support for sales initiatives while supporting existing business and identifying new growth opportunities. Territory Management & Customer Support: Work closely with your Manager to utilise our CRM database to plan field activity based on customer segment and target principles to meet your sales targets. In addition, you will develop detailed business plans to effectively manage your territory and accounts, in line with regulatory requirements and strategic plans. What we are looking for: A minimum of 2 years pharmaceutical sales experience within hospitals Tertiary qualifications in dietetics, nutrition or pharmacy is essential Medicines Australia Continuing Education Program (Code of Conduct) is essential Product and hospital knowledge is desirable Current Driver's Licence and the willingness to travel within your territory including some regional travel As a reward for your commitment and effort, we will provide you with a competitive base salary, vehicle allowance and an incentive program.
