About the RoleResponsible for expediting and providing Parts Availability information for planned maintenance activities following Inventory Processes and ensuring excellent customer service to our operations to deliver the right parts at the right time:
Management of exceptions, assessing parts availability for scheduled work, and making recommendations in line with the Inventory Planning process.Review free text items, identify opportunities for transfers, and ensure Parts Availability alignment with Work Order scheduling.Work collaboratively with external vendors, Inventory Planning (Manila), and coordinate proactively and effectively to expedite delivery of materials in deviation management for +4-to-+1-week horizon for maintenance planning and execution and liaise with MEIOC.Responsible for expediting "At Risk" materials with large Vendors for AU Assets.Attend weekly pre-scheduling meetings with maintenance teams to provide detailed updates on Parts Availability.Coach end users to develop an understanding of the inventory planning process and integration points to optimize Work Management planning.Manage demand through the release of purchase requisitions, seeking to utilize inventory within the network by transferring stock, where possible.Frequent engagement with regional stakeholders and external Vendors in conducting Parts Availability reviews and actioning recommendations.Proactively provide key insights to the inventory analysis team to support material availability and optimize inventory holdings.Assist the Superintendent Inventory Planning and Inventory (Manila) in resolving complex issues, review of work allocation, and any associated activities to manage the team's performance.Assist Experience Owner team to continuously update and improve procedures and Quick Reference Guides (QRG) documentation for the team.Understand customer needs through demonstrated connectivity.About YouExperience in ERP Parts Availability Tracking, with 1SAP preferred, willingness to learn.Experience in ERP Work Order MRP management with 1SAP preferred, willingness to learn.Demonstrated experience with monitoring parts availability & expediting or willingness to learn.Collaborative mindset and advanced interpersonal skills.Capable of building constructive long-term relationships.Proven ability to operate effectively in complex and ambiguous environments.Ability to think laterally to independently resolve issues and influence change.Autonomous, detail-oriented, organized, and objective.
Strong communication skills enabling the influencing of a diverse stakeholder group.Ability to work individually and in a team as required.
