About the Role In this role you will: Have a strong focus on Safety, Safety Leadership, Risk and Sustainability Provide technical guidance and knowledge to support project success Help facilitate the technical design, and in-field execution of projects across entire project lifecycles.
Utilise Microsoft Suite to manage project controls, including schedule, cost, change management and robust quality controls Assist in the commercial management of vendors and contracts Develop project delivery skills under guidance from senior engineers to build capability in Project Management.
Coordinate on-site execution activities, working with site supervisors and stakeholders to achieve safe and timely outcomes for projects.

You will have demonstrated experience in resolving engineering problems with creative solutions.
A collaborative individual, you have well-developed communication and engagement skills and use these to influence others to achieve tasks.
Attention to detail is important to you, and you exhibit a curiosity about the world that drives you to understand issues and seek better ways.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications: Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
Current C Class Australian driver's license.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
Problem solving and critical thinking abilities to navigate project challenges.
Leadership to manage contractors and work closely with stakeholders.
Understanding of risk management and hazard identification processes.
Highly Desirable Skills and Qualifications: Degree Qualified (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Mining, Environmental (or other) engineering discipline.
Experience in project delivery.
Experience in Microsoft Project or Primavera P6.
Proficiency in 1SAP.
Exposure to Coal Mining Sector and its relevant legislation.
