RESPONSIBILITIES: Management of Commonwealth and State Government procurement processes, including administration of Kroll's participation on procurement panel and managing compliance aspects of proposals Management of Kroll's license obligations, including AFSL compliance support and record keeping Liaising with HR and external advisors relating to employee compliance related matters including coordinating training, statutory office holders (OHS, Fire Wardens, First Aid) managing the onboarding and offboarding of staff and oversight over leave entitlements. Liaising with building management and facilities Office administration, including management of suppliers and coordination with Finance in relation to supplier invoicing Project administrative and other administrative support duties as required 3-4 working days per week based on operation needs REQUIREMENTS: Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in business operations, office administration or a related role. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and work in a fast- paced environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
