You will work closely with the Manager and Principal of Operational Performance, leveraging your data collection and transformation skills to analyse and interpret complex information.Role will be based in Perth office.Key AccountabilitiesCollaborate with the Manager and Principal of Operational Performance to provide data-driven insights and solutions for business challenges.Gather and analyse information, formulate and test hypotheses, and develop and communicate recommendations.Develop positive relationships with site-based improvement teams to support the validation of insights.Communicate and share actionable insights to support evidence-based decision-making and promote operational excellence.About YouBachelor or Masters degree in a STEM field.Exposure to mining, maintenance, or processing is ideal, but experience in other industries or consulting is highly regarded.Workforce experience post graduation is required.Ability to structure ambiguous problems through data analytics.Use data, facts, and logical reasoning to make rational decisions.Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and time-critical tasks.Comprehend content (e.g., emails, articles, spreadsheets) and synthesize it into a clear and communicable format (either written or verbally).We value diversity in thinking, and this role will leverage your ability to get the best from a diverse and inclusive team culture along with your ability to collaborate and build trusted, interpersonal relationships.About Our ProcessAt BHP, we are committed to employing individuals who align with the BHP Charter Values and meet the requirements of the role.
