Reporting to Senior Specialist - Mining Systems, this role will be responsible for providing operational expertise, Fleet Management Systems (FMS) & technology governance, and support to all operational teams for mining systems applications. Key Responsibilities Investigate and document system issues/changes & incident investigations. Identify improvement opportunities and assist with generation of Project Charters Responsible for analysing and implementing continuous improvements projects across all Mining Systems suites. Accountable for compliance to Mining Systems Improvements framework and facilitation of project updates/weekly improvement meetings to wider stakeholder groups. Validate and monitor FMS system upgrades & Field Follows at the respective HUB. Contribute to the creation and maintenance of Mining Systems standards and best practices. Providing systems expertise, including recommendations about setup and configuration. Providing applications support, systems upskilling and coaching to mining operations teams. Facilitating system expertise and knowledge transfer to operational teams and leaders. Being the "go-to" person for Autonomous Haulage System operational expertise & knowledge. Help Mining team with system related issue & incident investigations. Executing Fortescue's Mining Systems support strategy to develop internal capability with reduced reliance on OEM's.
