Overview
The Integrated Marketing Communications team at Mastercard is looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Marketing Operations Specialist to join our team and drive operational excellence in our marketing initiatives. The position will collaborate with B2B, B2C, and Communications teams across multiple Mastercard campaigns.
Role
As a Marketing Operations Specialist at Mastercard, you will be instrumental in optimising marketing processes, managing compliance, and overseeing inventory and fulfillment of partnership assets. Your role will involve ensuring that campaigns run efficiently, compliance standards are met, and assets are managed and distributed effectively to support our marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities: Manage and optimise marketing operations processes, including campaign setup, tracking, and reporting.Oversee compliance with regulatory and internal standards in all marketing activities and documentation.Coordinate the inventory management and fulfillment of partnership assets, ensuring accurate tracking and timely distribution.Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement marketing automation workflows and strategies.Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation.Ensure data accuracy and integrity across marketing systems and platforms.Assist with budgeting and forecasting for marketing initiatives.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to marketing systems, processes, and asset management.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience in marketing operations, compliance, and inventory management, preferably in a tech or financial services environment.Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems.Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.Solid understanding of compliance regulations and experience in managing partnership assets.Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Why Join Us: Join a leading global company driving innovation in financial technology.Play a key role in optimising marketing operations and managing valuable partnership assets.Work in a dynamic and supportive environment with opportunities for professional growth and development.Corporate Security Responsibility
