The Role:
The position is full-time however we are open to discussion regarding a roster that suits you. We have a range of days available for teaching between 7:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday. Weekend work may also be available.

You could be working as a trainer, under the supervision of a qualified Trainer & Assessor, whilst you work towards your TAE401122 Certificate IV Training & Assessment.
Requirements:
Deliver engaging and relevant training & assessment services (combined theory and practical activities) Ensure content and delivery of accredited courses meets ASQA/ RTO Standards and other applicable regulations (i.e. Conditions of authorisation for Individual Assessors ) Supervise students' behaviours and provide engaging and motivating training Maintain equipment, training venues and training aids to ensure they are serviceable, clean, tidy, and safe for operation Travel may be required to deliver training offsite Perform other general duties as requiredEssential criteria:
Possess a High-Risk Work Licence (HRWL) Demonstrated Lifting experience within the construction/ civil, resources & infrastructure or training sectors Be accredited by WorkSafe (or ability to gain accreditation, if applicable) Be eligible to obtain a Working Children Check Card and a Police Check You will need to be an Australian Resident Must hold valid Australian Drivers LicenceBenefits Competitive pay ($140k + Super) with a $5k signon bonus Caring and collaborative work environment Access to digital tools and other supportive resources to ensure a positive teaching experience Professional development opportunities Salary sacrificing
