In this role, you'll be providing a 'world-class' experience for our customers, being a first point of contact for technology issues on-site from our key offices. You'll be bringing exceptional customer service when customers have technical issues on their laptops or mobile devices, covering both software and hardware. To make a difference in this role, you'll be able to have empathetic and friendly conversations with customers, forming a collaborative and welcoming environment, as well as the technical capabilities to identify and troubleshoot issues.This is a permanent role open to candidates based in Naarm (Melbourne) and Gadigal Country (Darling Park 2, Sydney).
