Full Job Description About the RoleThe role of the Specialist Employment Mentor will focuson supporting Ex-Offender or Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islandercustomers by providing intensive mentoring to ensure their transitioninto employment is successful and sustained.This role is being offeredon a full time, ongoing basis and will be based at Geraldton.You'llalso experience the work/life balance that comes with working a 9-dayfortnight, with a dedicated and fixed day off every second week. Youwill still receive the remuneration of a full-time employee inaddition to the ability to salary sacrifice.
