Your Role We're looking for a Specialist, CTP Claims to join the CTP Claims Liability and Disputes team.
This role is responsible for the timely and high-quality management of disputes, contributing to trends and insights, and making recommendations that drive the continuous improvement of claims service and outcomes.
The role reinforces IAG's reputation as a model litigant and enables a 'one CTP' approach to dispute management.
You'll own the end-to-end management of formal CTP dispute processes, including internal reviews, liability and threshold matters such as Whole Person Impairment (WPI), treatment and care, earning capacity, and minor injury.
Additionally, you'll provide insights and recommendations to improve claims practices, outcomes, and lead projects as required.
This is a permanent full-time role based out of Gadigal Country (Sydney).

You will also demonstrate:
Tertiary qualification/s in allied healthExperience in dispute resolution or a background in allied healthStrong stakeholder management and influencing skillsDemonstrated strengths in written and verbal communicationsAbility to balance the drive for improvement with Customer, Regulator, and Community expectationsAbout Us IAG is part of the largest general insurance group in Australia and New Zealand.
