Your Role We have a great permanent opportunity for a Compulsory Third Party Claims Specialist to join the CTP Claims Health and Recovery team in Gadigal Country (Sydney).
You'll manage a portfolio of complex compulsory third party claims with delivery timeframes to work towards. Your goal is to find ways to remove barriers and allow claimants access to things they need to resolve claims. You'll manage a large caseload of claims with customers that are experiencing major life events. In return you'll be part of a supportive and customer-centric team that makes a difference.
This role offers hybrid working, with flexibility to work from home up to four days per week after training.
