Your Role Join our team as a Specialist in Claims Resolution in CTP Liability and Disputes and play a pivotal role in delivering cost-effective and efficient legal services, advice, and advocacy for CTP claims in formal dispute processes.
You'll optimize claims outcomes through timely and high-quality management, evidence-based decision making, providing valuable feedback and recommendations to enhance our claims practices.
Your responsibilities will include:
Preparing submissions and acting as an advocate for Personal Injury Commission Dispute assessments.Conducting Internal Reviews.Offering strategic advice on liability, evidence, and dispute resolution strategies.Monitoring claims outcomes, detecting trends, and implementing improvements.Leading continuous improvement initiatives in response to legislative changes and case law.This role is responsible for driving people, customer, financial, and risk outcomes that contribute to the overall success of CTP Claims.
This is a one-year fixed-term full-time hybrid role, based in Sydney.
About You To excel in this role, you should ideally possess the following qualifications and skills:
Legal experience, particularly in dispute resolution.Tertiary qualification(s) in legal fields.Ability to balance the drive for improvement with customer, regulator, and community expectations.Preferred experience in CTP claims and CTP Dispute Resolution/Technical Experience.Demonstrated resilience and strong written and verbal communication skills.Applications close Monday 20 January 2025 at 11:59 pm.
