We have a new opportunity for an experienced

Specialist Account Manager

to join our Oncology team. Reporting into the National Sales Manager – Specialty Care, you will have full ownership and accountability for managing accounts within your territory; providing a consistent, science-led and value-added service for Oncology Clinicians that treat gynecology and support best treatment outcomes for patients. This role will cover the territory of NSW north, which will include north Sydney and north-west Sydney.Your role will be varied and will include:

Implementing comprehensive key account plans to drive value and deliver growthSupporting the implementation of key programs which differentiate and enhance GSK's standing in the healthcare marketEnsuring that key accounts and stakeholders are engaged, educated and informed to support the patient journey and enhance the quality use of medicinesWorking in partnership with GSK commercial, medical and sales teams to deliver objectives in line with GSK strategic objectivesTo be successful in this role you will have:

Significant experience as a hospital specialist position, with an applied understanding of the complexities of working in the hospital environment and knowledge of the Oncology therapeutic areaClear and influential communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both medical and commercial stakeholdersAn aptitude for science, with the ability to relay complex information in a clear and tailored formatA sharp commercial focus complemented by outstanding account management, influencing and relationship-building skills.Tenacity, resilience and leadership attributesBy joining GSK, you will enjoy:
