Reporting into the National Sales Manager – Respiratory, you will have full ownership and accountability for managing accounts within your territory. You will provide a consistent, science-led and value-added service for Respiratory clinicians that promotes best treatment outcomes for patients with COPD, Asthma & risk of RSV.Your role will be varied and will include:Implementing comprehensive key account plans to drive value and deliver growthClinically differentiate GSK's Respiratory portfolio as the preferred option for appropriate patientsEnsuring that key accounts and stakeholders are engaged, educated and informed to support the patient journey and enhance the quality use of medicinesWorking in partnership with GSK commercial, medical and sales teams to deliver objectives in line with GSK strategic objectivesTo be successful in this role you will have:Significant experience in a hospital specialist position is essential, with an applied understanding of the complexities of working in the hospital environmentExperience with and knowledge of the Respiratory therapeutic area will be beneficialClear and influential communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both medical and commercial stakeholdersAn aptitude for science, with the ability to relay complex information in a clear and tailored formatA sharp commercial focus complemented by outstanding account management, influencing and relationship-building skillsTenacity, resilience and leadership attributesA Bachelor's degree (Biomedical, Science, Business, Sales)
