With several exciting product launches scheduled over the next few years and a multitude of ongoing research initiatives, there has never been a better time to be part of our journey.About the RoleGSK is building a national specialty team and looking for two experienced Specialist Account Managers to join our new Haematology team. Reporting into the National Sales Manager, you will have full ownership and accountability for managing accounts within your VIC territory; providing a consistent, science led and value-added service across the Haematology portfolio.Two VIC based SAM positions available - VIC west and VIC east & TasYour role will be varied and will include:Implementing comprehensive key account plans to drive value and deliver growthClinically differentiate GSK's Haematology portfolio as the preferred option for appropriate patientsEnsuring that key accounts and stakeholders are engaged, educated and informed to support the patient journey and enhance the quality use of medicinesWorking in partnership with GSK commercial, medical and sales teams to deliver objectives in line with GSK strategic objectivesTo be successful in this role you will have:Significant experience in a hospital specialist position is essential, with an applied understanding of the complexities of working in the hospital environmentExperience with and knowledge of the Haematology therapeutic areaClear and influential communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both medical and commercial stakeholdersAn aptitude for science, with the ability to relay complex information in a clear and tailored formatA sharp commercial focus complemented by outstanding account management, influencing and relationship-building skills.Tenacity, resilience and leadership attributesBy joining GSK, you will enjoy:A flexible and life-friendly working approach, allowing you to do your best workBeing in a diverse organisation that reflects the communities that we work withinDevelopment and progression at a global scale, with international opportunities5 Feel Good Days and 1 volunteer day (on top of your annual leave)Option to purchase up to 4 weeks' additional leave per year
