About the Role GSK is building a national specialty team and looking for two experienced Specialist Account Managers to join our new Haematology team. Reporting into the National Sales Manager, you will have full ownership and accountability for managing accounts within your VIC territory; providing a consistent, science led and value-added service across the Haematology portfolio. Two VIC based SAM positions available - VIC west and VIC east & Tas Your role will be varied and will include: Implementing comprehensive key account plans to drive value and deliver growth Clinically differentiate GSK's Haematology portfolio as the preferred option for appropriate patients Ensuring that key accounts and stakeholders are engaged, educated and informed to support the patient journey and enhance the quality use of medicines Working in partnership with GSK commercial, medical and sales teams to deliver objectives in line with GSK strategic objectives To be successful in this role you will have: Significant experience in a hospital specialist position is essential, with an applied understanding of the complexities of working in the hospital environment Experience with and knowledge of the Haematology therapeutic area Clear and influential communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both medical and commercial stakeholders An aptitude for science, with the ability to relay complex information in a clear and tailored format A sharp commercial focus complemented by outstanding account management, influencing and relationship-building skills Tenacity, resilience and leadership attributes By joining GSK, you will enjoy: A flexible and life-friendly working approach, allowing you to do your best work Being in a diverse organisation that reflects the communities that we work within Development and progression at a global scale, with international opportunities 5 Feel Good Days and 1 volunteer day (on top of your annual leave) Option to purchase up to 4 weeks' additional leave per year Why GSK?
