The Specialised Case Manager will provide comprehensive support to individuals and families experiencing separation, including children. This role requires a trauma-informed and culturally sensitive approach to assist clients in navigating complex family law matters.
This role involves conducting comprehensive needs and risk assessments to develop tailored support plans for separated families and individuals. The Specialised Case Manager will provide essential information and education on post-separation parenting, family relationships, and dispute resolution options. Additionally, they will collaborate with external agencies to facilitate referrals and proactively work towards agreed service targets.
This is a 6 month fixed term contract with possible extension subject to funding. The hours and work pattern are flexible.
