Specialised Banking Manager, Trade & Working Capital

Work type: Permanent Full time Region: ACT- Canberra region, NSW- South inland region Specialised Banking Manager - Business Development (Trade and Working Capital) Utilise your working capital expertise in this diverse Specialist role Rewarding opportunity to put the customer at the heart of all you do As a Specialised Banking Manager, Account Manager you will: Origination of TWC specialist products and services (Trade & Invoice Finance) within a defined B&PB coverage region.
Proactively seeking new business opportunities for TWC and NAB through conversations with clients and their advisers and review of information provided.
Identifying customer needs and matching to appropriate solutions in line with the customers aspirations and trade cycle via a thorough review of a customer's cash flow performance, budgeted projections, and associated risks through their supply chain.
Deliver TWC capability to internal NAB stakeholder (Bankers / Credit) to increase awareness of NAB's ability to support customers working capital requirements through TWC solutions.
Building awareness of NAB expertise and specialisation by developing relationships and delivering capability to customer advisors and external stakeholders.
What you'll bring: Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
Solid working knowledge of Trade and Working Capital coupled with proven relationship management experience.
Willingness to learn and develop your skills and actively engage with clients and bankers.
An understanding of financial metrics and a working capital supply chain.
Comfortable facilitating presentations to bankers and customers and able to maintain a sound operating rhythm.
