Join our growing team as Finance Manager for a dynamic and challenging role in the thriving IT industry.
Reporting directly to the Director, you'll be the leader of our finance team, playing a pivotal role in managing financial operations, budgeting, and ensuring fiscal responsibility.
Responsibilities include Oversee day-to-day financial activities, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger functions.Develop and monitor budgets, providing insightful analysis to support decision-making.Monitor and manage cash flow to optimise working capital and support operational needs.Drive effective cash management strategies to mitigate financial risks.Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic planning and decision making.Analyse financial data and trends, providing insights to the management team for informed business decisions.Collaborate with the management team to ensure financial goals align with overall company objectives.Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for management and stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators.Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets.Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes, ensuring compliance.Work closely with and mentor a high-performing business services team.Foster a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.What you will need to be successful? Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or CA preferred.Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role.Strong knowledge of financial principles, regulations, and best practices.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficient in MYOB and Xero financial software, and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.Why Quo Group?
