We're recruiting a full-time Special Tooling Coordinator to join our Energy team in Darwin. This role will be responsible for executing maintenance and management for work to specialised tooling/materials safely and efficiently in time with the right quality at optimal cost. This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door if you are looking at getting into the Oil & Gas industry.

Key Responsibilities:

A strong understanding and exposure to logistics and warehousing processes in the oil and gas industry.
Trade background preferred but not essential.
Audit/refurb/issue of special tooling materials/kits in readiness for Shutdown and Campaign demands for ILNG.
Provide technical material support to onshore material/warehousing teams.
Examines materials, tools, kits for work outputs for quality, accuracy, and completeness; responds quickly to correct quality problems.
Quoting/Purchase Requisitions-for inbound/outbound goods/dispatch in conjunction with SAP-MIGO.
Has contact with client representatives and sub-contractors in relation to specific projects and materials orders.
Review and monitor Materials Status Report and communicate issues to Planners, Coordinators, Schedulers, procurement and execution teams.
Subject matter advice, support, technical and functional information (related to storage/handling and serviceability of special tooling) as required.
Overseeing the full spectrum of specialised tooling demands, taking into account materials, functional location, maintenance, resourcing of specific production resource tools (PRT) procurement.
Understand and develop a knowledge base of maintenance management systems and activity planning for all critical package special tooling with daily use of SAP-FMHI processes.

What you'll bring:

Experience in the energy industry-materials/logistic/warehousing preferred.
Good understanding of material/tooling requirements ideal.
Willingness to travel to site as per business requirements.
Experience with CMMS systems, preferably SAP.
Valid Australian Driver's License/Forklift licence.
Proof of right to work in Australia.
