About The Role We are seeking a Senior Associate to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. In this role, you will manage a variety of litigated matters across workers' compensation, motor vehicle accidents, public liability, and TPD claims. You'll enjoy a high level of autonomy, running your files and leading your own team.
This position suits someone practical, down-to-earth, and eager to achieve outstanding outcomes for our clients.
Responsibilities Providing legal advice and representation to secure maximum compensation for clients.Progressing and resolving personal injury claims in workers' compensation, public liability, motor vehicle accidents, and TPD.Effectively assessing claims, including liability and quantum.Building and maintaining strong client relationships through effective communication and clear management of expectations.Conducting initial client meetings - fielding new enquiry calls and in-person consultations - to assess the viability of prospective matters.Preparing detailed legal documentation and managing files with commercial and fiscal awareness.Collaborating with the broader team, offering guidance and mentorship to junior staff.Required Skills Bachelor of Laws with a current practising certificate.5+ years post-admission experience in personal injury law.Proven negotiation and communication skills.Confidence in building and nurturing client relationships.Commitment to empathy, authenticity, and integrity in all work.Specialist Accreditation (preferred but not essential).Attractive salary, negotiable for the right candidate plus a generous bonus package.Access to premium travel and leisure memberships (upon passing probation).Autonomy in running your cases and managing a team.A positive, close-knit work team.Prime office location in Hope Island on the northern end of the Gold Coast, offering free parking and easy motorway access.A chance to play a key role in the firm's future growth.How to Apply Please submit your resume and a cover letter detailing your relevant experience to apply.
