Special Counsel/Senior Associate - Energy, Resources and Projects

Your Role
We have 2 exciting opportunities in our Adelaide office for a Senior Associate or Special Counsel to join our ER & P practice group. These roles offer genuine career advancement opportunities for the right candidate.
You will be part of a collegiate, high-performing team working on the best deals, enjoying independence while undertaking diverse work.
Special Counsel/Senior Associate - Corporate and Resources
You will be instrumental in advising on a diverse array of complex M&A and corporate transactions, overseeing due diligence processes, negotiating transaction terms, and executing deals that propel strategic growth for our clients.
We welcome applications from candidates with a minimum of seven years PQE gained at a reputable law firm or in-house, preferably in the Corporate and/or Energy & Resources space.
You will also have:
7+ years' experience within Public and/or Private M&A, Private Equity, Equity Capital Markets and/or Corporate Advisory OR;
7+ years' experience in Energy and Resources
Experience with Native Title desired but not essential
