We excel in crafting bespoke solutions that address the specific needs of our diverse clientele, establishing enduring partnerships through our dedication to excellence.As a dynamic and fast-growing organisation, we are looking for a full-time Commercial Litigator to join our team.As a vital member of our team, you will:Oversee the management and execution of high-stakes commercial litigation and dispute resolution cases, particularly in the Supreme Court. This includes handling complex, multi-party litigation for both plaintiffs and defendants, with a focus on shareholder disputes, directors and officers' liability, and warranty and indemnity claims.Lead all work streams related to litigation, including conducting thorough investigations, drafting pleadings, managing document discovery, and preparing evidence. Ensure the effective conduct of proceedings from start to finish, including managing trials and ensuring the best possible outcomes for clients.Provide expert legal advice and strategic guidance on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters. This includes preparing, advising, and negotiating various agreements such as licensing, sponsorship, IP commercialisation, talent, film finance, and investor agreements.Maintain proactive and effective communication with clients and other stakeholders.
