This level of autonomy allows you to focus on delivering high-quality outcomes while still being supported by a collaborative and knowledgeable team.Flexibility: While the Sydney team primarily works remotely, they provide access to a serviced office in the city.
Candidates should be based in Sydney, to attend court as required.Career Progression: Support for specialist accreditation and there are Partnership opportunities for the right candidate.Competitive Remuneration: Salary ranging from $165,000 to $205,000, including superannuation, commensurate with experience.The Role: Manage Cases Independently: Take ownership of a diverse range of family law matters, including complex property settlements, parenting arrangements, financial agreements, and spousal maintenance.
Asset pools vary from minimal assets to high-value cases exceeding $70 million.Client Interaction: Build strong relationships with clients by providing clear, empathetic, and practical legal advice.
You'll work with everyday families as well as high-net-worth individuals, ensuring tailored solutions for each case.Court Representation: Represent clients in court and mediation settings.
While most work is conducted remotely, you must be prepared to attend Sydney-based courts when necessary.Mentorship and Leadership: Offer guidance and mentorship to junior staff as required, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.Billing Targets: Achieve a billable target of 6.5 hours per day while maintaining high-quality standards.Collaboration: Participate in daily virtual team meetings to discuss ongoing cases, share insights, and strategize for successful outcomes.
You'll work closely with a supportive, all-female team that values open communication and teamwork.Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on legislative changes in Family Law to ensure clients receive the most current and effective legal solutions.About You: A minimum of 9 years post-admission experience in Family Law.Strong work ethic with a commitment to achieving billable targets.Honesty and integrity, with a track record that reflects genuine expertise and capability in Family Law.If you're a capable Family Lawyer seeking autonomy within a flexible environment, I would love to hear from you.
