3 - 4 years' Defence industry related business development experience Ideally Capability and Technology Management College (CTMC) or Australian Technical Staff Officers College (ATSOC) qualification Sound knowledge of current ADF and NZDF capability acquisition projects and procurement methodologies Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies Focused and goal-oriented Seniority level Director
