Job Summary: Manage daily relationships with all mobility customers to ensure they receive the highest level of customer service, including rapid response to Spare Parts RFQ's.
Assist all Division team members in managing the Opportunity-to-Order and Order-to-Cash processes to provide best possible outcomes for the business and their customers Responsibilities & Duties: Prepare and communicate Spare Parts quotes including updated prices and lead-times Ensure the most efficient and timely processing of Spare Parts orders from receipt of purchase order through to invoicing and delivery to customer.
Manage customer order banks and Spare Parts deliveries to ensure highest levels of customer satisfaction and achievement of required customer KPI's through communication, reporting, prioritising and expediting as required Monitor and report on direct Spare Parts sales delivery performance, revenue and profitability for all mobility customer accounts Manage and close out customer Spare Parts quality inquiries and issues Ensure purchase orders received are correct and are processed in accordance with company policies and Terms and Conditions of Sale Complete daily invoicing of Spare Parts and component sales from dispatch notes Assist with Spare Parts planning internally and externally leading towards increasing Spare Parts market share and maximising stock turn Assist with Spare Parts Growth outside Traditional Product Line Account Managing key customers Generating weekly expediting reports sharing with customers updated ETAs Relationships and Authority: Reports to National Parts & Service Manager Maintains sound working relationships with Customers, Sales and Operations teams, key staff in Company branches and other relevant staff within the company Qualifications and Experience: Customer Service (online and face-to-face) experience Previous experience in a Spare Parts sales/distribution operation Well-developed organisational skills Intermediate Excel Skills Previous ERP experience Can do attitude with a strong work ethic and well-developed customer service focus Mechanical knowledge and aptitude are highly desirable
