They are currently seeking a Permanent Full-Time Spare Parts Coordinator to join their team. If you have experience as Spare Parts Coordinator this may be the role for you! The shift time for this role are Day Shift 8am - 5pm. Key Responsibilities: Conducting annual stock takes and providing feedback for administrative workflow enhancement.Entering inventory details into SAP and collaborating with the director and stakeholders within the business to minimize stock loss.Communicating timely with customers to streamline operations and coordinating customer feedback on dispatches.Operating the counter-balance forklift to load & unload trucksPerforming order picking and packing duties using RF Scanner as needed.Supporting supervisors in understanding departmental requirements and ensuring timely product delivery.Coordinating local, interstate, and international shipping, packaging, and documentation.Helping create individual SKU'S for spare partsInteract with departments to resolve customer and sales-related issues and manage relationships with external stakeholders.Communicating effectively with suppliers for prompt parts delivery.Coordinating spare parts issuance during emergencies.Processing and invoicing sales orders accurately and efficiently.Implementing 'Statistic-driven spare parts management'. Qualifications and Experience Previous Warehouse Coordinator experience - minimum 3 years' experienceForklift License with 12 months minimum experienceVictorian (or Australian equivalent) Drivers LicenseSound knowledge of warehouse activitiesSAP (or ERP/WMS) experience is a mustComfortable lifting up to 20kgCompetent Computer knowledgeAbility to adhere to timeframes/deadlinesStrong attention to detail.Strong problem-solving skills.
