About the role:Tradewind is currently seeking an enthusiastic Spanish Language teacher who is qualified to teach Stage 4 Spanish to join a dynamic and dedicated team in Western Sydney.Key Duties:Have a clear passion for the Spanish language and want to inspire students.Design and implement engaging and effective Spanish Language curriculum for Stage 4 students.Foster a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages student participation and success.Regularly assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their academic development.Work closely with colleagues to create a cohesive and effective learning community.
Participate actively in faculty discussions and contribute to extracurricular programs.Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and stay updated with the latest educational practices.Skills & Experience:Secondary teacher qualification, with Spanish as method.Experience highly regarded, but not essential.Proficiency in using technology to enhance the learning experience, including familiarity with the Google Suite.Ability to differentiate instruction for diverse learning needs.Hold a valid and up to date NESA registration.Hold a valid Working with Children Check.Have unrestricted working rights in Australia.Ability to provide contact details for two education-based references.Offering:Stage 4 Spanish.Temporary part time (0.4FTE).Applicants who can teach English may have the option for ongoing teaching combining Spanish and English.Offering of salary based on your proven experience, with a range of $81,800-$122,500.The school:The college is an independent school in Western Sydney, dedicated to fostering academic excellence and personal growth in a diverse and inclusive environment.
