What this opportunity involves:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a detail-oriented and energetic Space Data Manager to join our team at JLL. Communication is central to the role, coordinating support for property strategy projects as well as space data management processes. You will support the roll out and management of this project (desk booking system) for one of our government clients with national portfolio. You will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate space data and managing our accommodation data platform. This role is required in Canberra with ability to attend the office.
Snapshot of the role: Manage and update core data in Serraview, including buildings, floors, floorplans, and people data.Support rollout and management of Engage desk booking system.Liaise with government client teams and manage relationships.Provide training and support for Serraview Engage application.Develop and manage reporting and analytics for space utilization.Ensure data accuracy and compliance with standards. Requirements: You must be an Australian Citizen in order to comply with our client's requirement with the ability to successfully gain and retain AGSVA clearance and/or any additional associate Entity Clearances.Experience in occupancy/space planning, workplace design, or facilities management will be ideal, but not essential.Familiarity with space management software (Serraview preferred) will be an added advantage.Sound proficiency in technology and MS Office Suite.Self-starter, proactive and willing to learn.Excellent customer service mindset with ability to foster positive customer experiences and relationships.Excellent communication skills with ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment.Ability to travel interstate when required (15 to 20% / approximately once a week each month).
