The Space Analyst is responsible for analysing and optimising the use of physical space within the bank's offices. This role involves data analysis, space planning, and collaboration with various departments to ensure efficient and effective use of office space. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a passion for creating functional and inspiring work environments.
Responsibilities: Conduct user research and data analysis to translate user pain-points to requirements.Develop and implement efficient space planning strategies.Prepare detailed reports and presentations on space utilisation.Maintain accurate records of space allocations and occupancy.Improve internal platforms for workspace planning and optimisation.Provide ongoing reporting and analysis for decision-making.Support leadership in evaluating space needs and software suitability.Manage external vendors and brief them on requirements.Review and refine space management policies and standards.Engage with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of space management strategies.Identify and implement innovative planning approaches to improve efficiency and workplace experience.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in space planning and workplace design.Be More
