As a Spa Therapist, you will play an integral part in delivering the ultimate Spa experience across our 6 treatment rooms including our couple's space. This multifaceted role requires a team player with a willingness to learn, with prior experience in luxury service, sales, as well as a Beauty and/or Massage experience.
This is a fantastic opportunity where you will take good care of all our guests, providing a world class experience.
A few of your responsibilities: Provide massage and beauty treatments for which you have been trained and are qualified in a consistently thorough mannerDevelop and maintain appropriate and quality relationships with the spa guestsAccurately update all administration tasks at the end of each dayAchieve sales targets and contribute to the overall spa team targetEnsure all treatment rooms and pantries are kept clean and tidyWhat we are looking for: A Diploma in Beauty Therapy or a nationally recognised qualification in in Remedial MassagePrevious experience as a Spa Therapist, providing exceptional customer experienceFlexibility to work over a 7-day roster including weekendsAbility to drive retail sales within the spa operationA friendly & customer service-oriented individual with the ability to work well in a team environmentAbout you: As a seasoned expert in customer service, you understand the essence of delivering world-class service. With exceptional communication skills and a positive attitude, you're poised to excel in this role.
