Ensuring guest satisfaction.Maintaining thorough knowledge of spa products for each face & body treatment/therapy and performing quality treatments in accordance with hotel brand standards.Maintaining cleanliness and monitoring the status of all equipment and stocks to ensure the efficient and flawless operation of the spa. QualificationsKnowledge and Experience College diploma.Good reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language.Past hospitality/tourism experience.
