As a Spa Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in providing flawless administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our Azure Spa. You will be the first point of contact for our valued clients and will have the opportunity to showcase your exceptional customer service skills. Your attention to detail and ability to create a welcoming and professional atmosphere will be instrumental in delivering an unforgettable spa experience.

A few of your responsibilities: Warmly greet guests upon arrival and assist with all spa enquiriesMaximise Spa bookings, upselling, rebooking where possibleTreatment check-in/check-out of guestsRespond to all incoming calls and email enquiriesEnsure guest profiles are up-to-date and detail changes are promptly updated in our Spa Software systemWhat we are looking for: Previous experience as a receptionistFlexible availability for rotational weekend workAbility to provide post treatment advice and assist with retail salesCurrently hold (or be willing to obtain) a nationally recognised RSA Statement of AttainmentA positive and friendly attitude, with a passion for delivering excellent customer serviceAbout you: As a seasoned expert in customer service, you understand the essence of delivering world-class service. With exceptional communication skills and a positive attitude, you're poised to excel in this role.
