About The Role This is a wonderful entry-level role for people wanting experience working in a luxury Spa with a goal of becoming a Spa therapist. We have opportunities for Permanent Part Time Spa Experience Hosts within our award-winning Spa Dreaming Centre, and your role will be to provide support to the Spa operation to achieve a smooth and seamless five-star guest experience. A Spa Experience Host ensures the relaxation areas are immaculately maintained and welcoming for guests and assists guests with purchasing homecare recommendations and retail products. This role is a pathway role, and applicants must be studying a Diploma of Beauty Therapy or Certificate IV in Massage Therapy.
Your duties will also include: Building relationships with guests demonstrating PHS values and five-star customer serviceGreeting and hosting guests around the Spa Dreaming CentreCreating a smooth guest flow to ensure a flawless relaxation journeyDeveloping thorough product knowledge and being conversant in the product rangeAssisting guests with homecare recommendations by providing sales assistance advice and product recommendationsUpselling through recommendations of products and rebooking servicesGenerating sales of spa products to reach ongoing targetsAbout You Passionate about WellnessStudying Beauty Therapy or Massage TherapyExcellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quicklyStrong organisational and time management abilitiesOn offer to You: Peninsula Hot Springs truly believes that our people are the heart of our business.
