We are seeking a true team player to ensure the smooth running of our wellness spa.
Your role reports directly to the Spa Manager and Owner.What will make you the ideal candidate:Keen interest and passion in everything 'Skin' as well as providing a holistic approach towards beauty and wellness.
As a Wellness Spa and Holistic Skin Clinic, we cater for clients seeking a holistic approach to correct facial conditions which includes facial treatments, wellness lifestyle advice, and clean beauty self-care products for longer-lasting results.Essential Requirements:Minimum certificate III in Beauty Therapy completed (a Bachelor of Dermal Sciences or Diploma in Beauty Therapy is highly regarded but not essential)Minimum 1 year recent experience in a similar roleConfident and competent in waxing, facials, manicures and pedicures, tinting and spray tansConfident and competent in relaxation massage (other types of massage are advantageous but not essential)Experience performing O Cosmedics, Dermal Peels, Microdermabrasion, Skin needling with Dermapen4, LED, Hydrotherapy, body scrubs, and wraps is an advantage; however, not essential as full training will be providedA passion and motivation to continue learning and education for your personal and professional developmentDevoted to executing a premium customer service experienceExcellent communication skills, with the ability to listen to guest needs and make recommendations based on these needs to heal and improve their skin & wellbeingAbility to work independently and proactivelyExcellent personal presentation and groomingFriendly and caring nature aspiring to help fellow team membersHighly organised and able to deliver a premium customer service experience at high demand timesReliable and flexible with working shifts and availability to work SaturdayA desire to learn and update your skill level and knowledgeCareer progression to Spa Manager is available for the right candidateABOUT CULLEN BAY DAY SPA:We offer all employees ongoing professional development and training.
