The key duties of the position include:The roleThe SouthPAN Aviation Implementation Manager will lead and manage activities to support Australian aerodromes to fully benefit from SouthPAN and encourage adoption of Safety-of-Life Services across the aviation sector.
In this role you will: Work with a high level of autonomy;In collaboration with Government partners, lead the creation and execution of a strategy to achieve agreed objectives for aerodrome adoption;Conduct project planning, engagement and consultation activities with various stakeholders;Proactively work with SouthPAN managers to manage risks, budget and resources;Build, manage, and sustain strong relationships with policy partners and other stakeholders;Lead the reporting, monitoring and evaluation of project delivery;Lead procurement of contract resources to deliver on technical requirements;Manage change in scope, risks and issues.To be successful in the role you will: Have an eye for detail and be able to resolve complex issues;Be process driven and outcomes focused;Be skilled in building and maintaining productive working relationships;Commit to action and deliver on intended results;Have strong written and verbal communications skills;Recognise and explore differing perspectives.Required skills, knowledge, experience and/or qualifications Demonstrated experience managing delivery of policy implementation projects;Experience delivering infrastructure and technology projects;Experience working with aviation or similar industries would be beneficial.To ApplyPlease visit the careers page of our website to submit your application via our e-Recruit system.
