Account & Relationship Management (Sales)
We are seeking a motivated and independent Territory Sales Manager to oversee our NSW region.
The ideal candidate will be based in rural NSW (Dubbo, Tamworth or surrounding areas, etc) providing easy access to our customers and resellers.
In this role, you'll focus on servicing existing clients and developing and strengthening relationships with resellers, contractors, and farmers, delivering Southern Wire's trusted solutions and driving sales growth in the region.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue, margin, and volume targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with resellers, contractors, and key decision-makers.
Conduct product training and demonstrations to showcase Southern Wire's innovative fencing solutions.
Analyse market trends and identify opportunities for growth.
Travel regularly within your territory to meet customers and strengthen relationships.
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
Passionate about agriculture and knowledgeable about the industry's challenges and opportunities.
Experienced in sales, ideally in a regional or remote capacity.
A strong communicator with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable working independently.
Flexible and willing to travel regularly across the region.
Holder of a valid driver's license.
