Exciting opportunity to join one of Western Australia's largest yacht clubs.

South of Perth Yacht Club is currently hiring for a full-time Executive Assistant to the General Manager .

As the Executive Assistant, you will be the right-hand person to the General Manager, providing exceptional support to ensure they can focus on strategic initiatives, decision-making, and achieving organisational goals.
You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks that require a high level of discretion, professionalism, and precision.

The role requires a motivated individual with extensive experience as an Executive Assistant or similar.

About You
Along with your strong work ethic you'll have/be:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with members.
Superb organisational and time management abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams).
Discretion and understanding of the need for complete confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
A positive, passionate, and self-motivated attitude that fuels your contributions to our team.
What You Will Be Working On
Provide administrative and secretarial support to the General Manager, Management Committee, and other team members.
Identify and follow up actions from meetings as appropriate.
Preparation and management of meeting documentation, including the timely coordination of agendas and meeting documentation (including meeting minutes and summaries); committee meetings and stakeholders' meetings; and actioning outcomes from meetings.
Assist with organising "hallmark" club events including AGM, Opening and Closing Days, and ANZAC Day.
Undertake general financial functions.
Ensure all tasks and projects are completed on time and to a high standard.
Undertake ad hoc tasks and duties as directed.
