South Hedland Lotteries House – South Hedland WA As the South Hedland Lotteries House Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operations and management of the South Hedland Lotteries House, a community-focused organisation located in South Hedland, WA. In this full-time role, you will oversee the day-to-day activities, financial management, and strategic direction of the organisation, ensuring it continues to serve the local community effectively, providing essential support to our Board and to our tenants. Key Responsibilities of this role are to: Manage and oversee all aspects of the Lotteries House operations, including financial management and overseeing facility maintenance. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive the organisation's growth and impact within the local community. Liaise with stakeholders, including government agencies, community groups, and partner organisations, to build strong relationships and identify new opportunities. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies governing the organisation's activities. Represent the Lotteries House at various events and meetings, serving as the public face of the organisation. Manage office spaces and streamline the facility hire process for a seamless experience. Leverage technology to enhance operations and support our staff effectively. Prepare critical reports, attend Board meetings, and implement decisions made. What we're looking for Significant experience in a management role within the community services or not-for-profit sector. Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, financial reporting, and resource allocation. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build and maintain productive relationships. Proven track record of developing and implementing successful strategic plans. Thorough understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and compliance requirements in the community services sector. Passion for supporting and empowering local communities, with a commitment to making a positive impact. Strong IT skills, including proficiency in MYOB, Share Point, MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook.
