The Compass Group Casual Pool team are currently recruiting Sous Chefs for our Bris Casual Pool.Key Responsibilities: Continually delivering a high-quality function and a la carte food in accordance with RA standards.Strong attention to detail.Actively maintain a complete awareness and desire for nutrition.Clean and maintain kitchen premises.To ensure all tasks associated with food production are performed with due regard for all health & safety protocols whilst wastage is kept to a minimum.Ensure OH&S compliance is achieved.
The Person Cert 3 Commercial Cookery Certificate and 10 years' experience.Experience in high end 5 star premium dining, corporate or boardroom settings, a la-carte VIP service, hatted restaurants, conference/events, venues or airline lounges.Exceptional communication, time management and organisational skills.Ability to work independently or as part of a professional team, as well as the ability to adapt and deliver to a changing environment in a professional manner.Great energy and professional presentation.Ability to work in a fast paced and high demanding role while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.Strong attention and respect for OH&S, Food Safety & HACCP regulations.
