This is a venue embedded in the community, who really know how to satisfy a customer, their wants and ensure continued high volume patronage year round.THE ROLE :As a Sous Chef, you will be managing the kitchen in the absence of the passionate and successful head chef and assisting with rostering, menu creation and upholding the highest level of standards. Like all chefs, you will be required to take ownership and pride in the work you are undertaking. You will be working with high volume numbers and speed is essential for this role. Paying Up to $90K + Super, you will be paid above market salary and feel appreciated for your hard work!
