The Role: Full time Sous Chef This exclusive catering contract is for a prestigious Business Class and First Class operation, based at Perth International Airport and production kitchen. Service style varies from buffet to full a la carte table service, based on international cuisine with strong Asian influence.
The role:
Delivering high quality food and service for the site whilst following and enforcing food safety standards, policies, and procedures All food preparation and service whilst adhering to food presentation standards by TWG and Singapore airlines. A good, working knowledge of different Asian cuisine. Supervises and co-ordinates kitchen when Head chef not onsite Stock Management – ordering & replenishing stock About You:
Minimum 2 years' experience in similar role within diverse range of corporate hospitality kitchens or hotels Flexibility and transportation to work across a 7 day roster with variable start and finish times Must have required qualifications (Cert III) or trade experience equivalent. Ready to jump in, hands on mindset and organising skills. Have demonstrated high-end catering and cooking experience. Excellent interpersonal skills including grooming, presentation and professional communication towards the client and guests. Job Type: Full-time
